First visit to our office with Dr. Meesit. We do charge FULL FEE when scheduling your initial consultation. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we require a 24 HOUR NOTIFICATION. There are NO refunds if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours of its scheduled time. You will be with us for about 1 hour. We will review your history and your current issues, give you an exam, and a recommended plan of care. Please be sure to print the new patient forms on our Services and Forms page, fill them out and bring them with you. If you plan to use insurance, please bring a current insurance card and photo ID with you to the appointment. If appropriate and if time permits, you may also receive a chiropractic adjustment. There is an additional fee to get adjusted on this visit.
